Ohio House Bill 2 (OH HB 2)

A new Ohio law may affect the coverage you have for certain miscellaneous vehicles for which some coverage is currently provided under your ERIE HomeProtector or Mobile HomeProtector policy.
Ohio House Bill 2 (OH HB 2) requires snowmobiles, off-highway motorcycles and all-purpose vehicles (APVs), which includes all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), to be registered with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) unless an exemption from registration applies. Additionally, beginning July 1, 2010, operators of APVs will be required to display a license plate and validation sticker for these vehicles. This change could affect the insurance coverage you currently have for these vehicles.
