 We are an independant insurance agency that specialize in placing clients with our carriers that fit their needs. We provide commercial, personal auto, home, and life insurance. IRA's, annuities, and health insurance are also available. Licenesed in Ohio and Pennsylvania we service a broad spectrum of customers in the Mahoning, Beaver, and Allegheny Valleys. We are committed in providing our clients with personal service and proper coverage. Whether you need commercial or personal insurance protection, we can work with you to maximize your protection to fit your needs. Bea's Insurance Agency was founded by Beatrice J. Hromyak in May of 1999. After over 30 years in the insurance business, Bea opened her own independent agency representing The Erie Insurance Group and other insurance carriers. Bea wanted to represent companies that treated her customers with the same respect and trust that she, herself expected. Any agent can insure an auto or home. Bea believed in insuring people. She provided them with the coverage they need, not what they don't. By taking the time to get to know her customers and the people she insured, she had a better understanding of their needs and what is in their best interest.

Bea's daughter, Kerri, began working with Bea in Aug 1999 and received her Property & Casualty license in late 1999. In 2001 Kerri acquired her Life and Annuities License to offer a full range of products and services to the agency's customers. During the years working with Bea, she help build business and relationships with clients and customers throughout the community. In late fall 2006 Bea decided it was time to enjoy retirement. In January 2007, Kerri purchased the business and relocated the office to East Palestine OH. During this time Kerri has been doing what she does best, building business and new relationships in the community. Kerri is not only licensed and serving clients in the state of Ohio, but also in Pennsylvania. Kerri is also a member of the East Palestine Rotary and volunteers her time in community events. She joined the Rotary in Spring of 2007 and has since participated in many Rotary sponsored events. In July 2010 Kerri will serve as the East Palestine Rotary President. Kerri@beasinsurance.com
Jeffrey A Stewart Agent ~ Personal & Commercial Lines
Kerri's husband, Jeff, joined the agency in June of 2007. He has had insurance exposure since 1999 and obtained his Ohio Property and Casualty license in May 2007. The prior 15 years of his career he has been a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmacy division of a large sales and marketing company. In October of 2007, Jeff has brought the agency into the Age of Technology by going "paperless". The office personnel spend less time filing and more time efficiently helping customers with their insurance needs. He also maintains the agency website to ensure information is kept current.
"It's important to me to ensure that all of our clients are properly protected. In the end, I hope that the value of our service is worth more than just price." Jeff also spends time in the community by participating in the East Palestine School Superintendent Advisory Committee. This committee is made up of residents in the East Palestine school district and provides feedback to the school superintendent of the educational concerns of the community.
